​I am sitting here reflecting on this weekend, completely exhausted, but my heart is overflowing with gratitude and blessings.
​Serving at Salsa Fest with the Awakening Faith Frontliners and these incredible young people and seeing their hearts in action was nothing short of amazing. To all the parents who allowed their kids to come out, serve, and be a blessing to our community—thank you from the bottom of my heart!
​For those who may not know us yet, Awakening Faith Frontliners began with a mission of frontline fundraising for people who want to spread the Gospel. While that remains at our core, we are leaning heavily into our outreach program, which has been nothing short of amazing! It’s all about us stepping right out into the community to reach the people we see on the streets, sharing the love of Jesus, advancing His kingdom, and empowering the next generation to stand strong in their faith right alongside us as we do it.
​These youth didn’t just volunteer—they stepped up as leaders. They boldly shared the gospel, spoke their testimonies, and let their light shine. It is heartbreaking to know how much so many of these kids go through, yet they chose to show up and give back.
​Imagine what our world would look like if we built a culture—not just in our schools, but across our entire community—where kids lift each other up instead of putting each other down. Jesus called us to be like Him, and He is the ultimate definition of love, grace, and sacrifice. Watching these kids embody that love blessed me beyond measure.
​I couldn't thank my "little" volunteers enough. Working alongside you all was the highlight of my weekend!
​Now, Mrs. K just needs to catch her breath and slow down for a minute, but I am already so excited and can’t wait to do it all over again. God is doing big things through our future generation and we are called to encourage them! 🙌❤️
